I tanned here a few times . and every time unfortunately was an issue.the girls don’t listen to what you’re asking for.. they are careless. The younger blonde girl “accidentally “made a secondary account and this place was charging me under two different completely names and accounts, but the same phone number seriously ? lol two different accounts!! I have been getting charged 70$$ each twice a month! But they were both in a contract, because the one never got canceled out, then I went back a couple weeks ago and after paying $140 a month that went towards a balance that I supposedly owed after not going there because of an injury, and not being able to get back up there. Didn’t even get to use the membership while I was paying $140. They put it towards a balance I owed for not even being there, I could see if I used it during that time but I didn’t that is like unheard of to me, especially due to an injury.

I’ve stopped in five times to discuss the situation with hopes to speak to some sort management. I have left my number, I have called in at least five more times and all I get is the runaround and she’ll be here later after 7 PM like really the manager comes in after 7 PM ? no manager has ever called me back to this day and even when I wrote a review and customer care told me to reply to it I did and still didn’t get an answer this place completely avoids all issues. Welll…. There’s always zoom tan! Find another place to tan at this place sucks And when you call sometimes they just hang up on you instantly I called from four different numbers once and they didn’t even say hello. They just picked up and hung it up immediately. What a way to treat customers that...

Don't go here. Unless you want overpriced and horrible customer service. Really wanted to have a membership at a tanning place for about a month or two, and this was the only place close to me so I had to settle for their 40$ a month deal. (Which was the lowest unless you want to only tan in a level one bed). The staff person I had when I signed up told me I had to cancel my membership in person 30 days before the date I want it to end on. She used the first of the month as an example and said if you cancel on the first of November, you still pay and tan for that month, and then the membership will end on December first. So I just went in today to give the 30 day notice and since it was the second of the month I still had to pay for this whole month and the next month because I didn't cancel on the first...poorly explained and I was very unhappy. And then instead of being helpful the staff person told me that's what I was told when I started so they're shouldn't be any confusion...welllll obviously there was confusion if I thought otherwise based off of what they told me! I love this tanning place over any other tanning place in Fort Myers Florida. It has five different levels of tanning beds and they all are for something different. They have two different packages that you can get the first package is a membership and you can do levels 1 through 3 and then the second package you can get you can do all the levels which are 1 through 5 and you also can get unlimited spray tan and that's about 60 bucks. I've tanned Many different locations and this definitely has top of the line tanning beds. And I know this isn't much but they do have free stickers in the front so you can see how tan you are getting. They have a few different choices to choose from too. If you look on their website and you click equipment you can see the descriptions of all of the tanning beds. It's pretty interesting if you're into that.
