Go to iKEA instead. So, my wife and I purchased a sofa recliner, did not even last 1 week. 1 of the spots on the sofa just collapsed. I inspect the damage only to discover it was all assembled haphazardly with staples....not a single wood screw on the wood pieces or joints just a bunch of staples EVERYWHERE. We could not get our money back per "store policy". We could only get replacements or exchanges. We settled on 2 dressers. They looked alright and not as poorly built as the sofa but emphasis on LOOKED. Once we had the dressers at home, I discovered that the top panel on one of them, was separating from the rest of the dresser. Tried pressing down on it to get it in place only for it to separate again, leaving an annoying gap.... In the end we decided to live with the imperfection, and 1 year later the drawer slots on this same dresser have started to collapse and break.... the other one is still fine for now but seriously buyer beware.. You get what you pay for....

I don't recommend buying furniture from this spot. They send you old product I called them back and they did a pick up and I was told I m will be getting my new sofanin 2 weeks. Wich dragged out to be a month later. And they brought back the same sofa again like I would notice.. the cushion is sunk in and the leather is discolored. The delivery guy acts nice but really isn't. He lied to my face last time and this time again. I went right into the outlet to make a request for a new one and they called him and asked him in my face if he took the floor model and he said yes to them. But in my face he told me he brought it from across the bay. The pillows are used and worn out. There's mud on the inside...

I want to give a five star review for Furniture Outlet in San Carlos, CA. This is my second time doing business with Furniture Outlet, it has been an awesome experience. I got a great deal on my Furniture items, and received excellent customer service from Sales Associate Manager Kai. He was very helpful, and kind. I enjoyed working with him. Kai made the process easy, and stress free. I will diffinately refer people to Furniture Outlet, and make my third Furniture purchase with them. Kai deserves a big bonus.
