I placed an order last night online and spent about $240 on softball merch.

Went in around 4pm and the sales clerk asks me if I have an email confirmation for pick up and I told him I did not. He then explains that for pick up orders, it can take up to two weeks to fill.

Why does it take a store with merch up to two weeks to fill? Their website didn't explain this and that was why I chose not to have it shipped. Like any apparel store for pick up, they usually have your order ready within 24 to 48 hours not up to two weeks.

First/last time ordering from here, nothing personal but there should have been some type of disclaimer mentioning that pick up at the store does have a wait time up to "two weeks". I'm definitely not happy especially when my kid needs the merch...

I ordered a pair of shoes off of Amazon from them, I was sent a used pair of shoes that was a completely different style than advertised AND one of the shoes was broken making it unwearable. I am in shock that I was sent shoes that weren't even the same style and in disbelief that the shoes I was sent are worn and broken. It's as if there is noone who inspects the merchandise before it is shipped out. I am waiting to hear back about a refund or replacement. I just can't believe I paid money for these things and am now into two weeks waiting..

Edit to update.. not even an hour after contacting the company they have agreed to send a replacement pair of shoes as well as refund more than half the money which is what I requested. I am pleased with this and feel...

I enjoy going to Goetz for all my son's gear, but did you know that they do baseball uniforms and shirt printing as well? And they do a LOT of it. I just want to give a HUGE shout out to their shirt printing team. For our little league, this was my first year in charge of getting orders together for about 80 kids with sizes varying from youth small to adult extra large. I didnt think about ordering a little extra, but I didnt have to, thanks to this team. Printing of all the shirts came out fantastic and all the sizes were exactly what I ordered. We got the shirts on time for picture day and all the kids enjoyed wearing them. It could not have been more perfect....
