San Carlos Marketplace is a small strip mall with a Starbucks, Wing Stop, Chipotle, Jamba Juice, Mattress Discounters, and a larger TJ Maxx and Best Buy.
The Starbucks is pretty much always busy but they generally get customers in and out quickly. The Jamba Juice is a standard JJ, not usually busy except at peak times. Chipotle is a very popular location. It is a very busy place almost always. I don't go to Wing Stop much, and I have no reason to go to the mattress store.
The TJ Maxx is always, always insanely busy. The line is constantly long, and they have a very limited number of cashier's. Do not go to the TJ Maxx if you're in a rush!!
The Best Buy has pretty regular traffic from what I have seen, but I do not visit this store often. I visited about 2 months ago and it was very well stocked, well staffed, and clean! Great Best Buy location.
Overall, the Marketplace is very small, but it fits a great need for the businesses near by. There is plenty of parking, so check it...
Read moreI only go to two places here. And last night I had a great dinner with my spouse. It wasn't your full fancy dinner. But it definitely satisfy the taste buds. We ordered a 15-piece a fried chicken. With the flavors being mango habanero and lemon pepper chicken with bone in. As I'm talking about this review my mouth is watering thinking about the crispiness of the lemon bone-in chicken. Not to mention we had a side of the hot sauce and that alone was amazing. The girl at the register could need a little help with her pronunciations. Because I barely understood what she was saying. Partly my fault because she was wearing a mask. But this place has the best Wingstop so far. The people in the kitchen really know what they're doing. It's so much better than the Redwood City or the East Palo Alto location. I highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for...
Read moreAlways a pleasure rolling up to these fine corners to shop! Plenty of parking, year around, and not because businesses in this area aren't frequented. On the contraire! It's just nice, knowing not having to worry about parking, when having the privilege to shop at multiple stores without moving your car each time you switch establishments. There are also options for the hungry and thirsty. May this be lunch or dinner time. Large parking area, but only one way in and out. At times it can be a little time consuming, as there can be a small "traffic build up", which dissolves fairly quickly onto a large, wide main street. Perhaps a second entrance though, couldn't hurt! Otherwise, clean and overviewable, and there is at least one security officer in a vehicle always on duty! We"LL be...
