Written by a Family Member/POA of Memory Care Resident: Amazing cohesive team of professionals spearheading the leadership of this New Community. The Executive Director Justin T.., who is Championing The Directors of; Nursing Levina D., Life Enrichment Hector G., Sales & Marketing Felicia G. Maintenance Jorge J., Culinary Monique D. and Jonathan ., have all exceeded my expectations and my expectations are very high. I have a medical background as a Physician Assistant and the front line care staff is of paramount importance to me along with a strong leadership team who has the ability to listen and follow thru with promises made. Coupled with a knowledgable culinary staff that fully understands diabetes and the dementia brain and how food really plays an important role in the care plan. As beautiful and well planned the new residences are , for me it is not what is seen on the outside of the building that matters. What matters is what is happening on the inside of the building especially for my beloved family member. It is often difficult to find the right care when seeking a “ forever home “ for a Alzheimer’s/Dementia loved one. My loved one has lived in other communities which have failed her. I think I have finally found her “Forever Home “, where she can age in place. The Seville provides a safe, clean, kind, loving , compassionate caring, stimulating environment specializing in caring for someone who is unable to make decisions for themselves, while also tailoring the care plan to the needs of the memory care resident. I believe The Seville is the “Real Deal” and am extremely confident that my loved one will continue to thrive as best as possible given their diagnosis. Maintenance and Marketing have both been incredibly helpful and present. Also the culinary staff has professionals that have the education and knowledge regarding healthier food choices and meals for those with Alzheimer’s disease such as the Plate/MIND diet/nutrition plan. The Director of Nursing really “knows her stuff” and is very approachable and actively involved with the family and the resident. The life enrichment director is amazingly creatively wonderful. So far I am very pleased with the level of professionalism regarding the caregiving staff. Honestly I have never written an online review as I have never wanted to put my name out there. It is risky when you are recommending care for another persons loved one. But I do feel that The Seville Leadership will make good on what they market and it is safe to share a review . I am sooooo glad that I decided to make the move on behalf of my loved one. I finally have peace of mind. “Caregiver stress” is REAL especially for the family and POA who is fully responsible for making decisions in the best interest of their loved one. We have to the bear weight of how our persons are cared for when things go good and when things go bad. I feel that The Seville is helping to bear that weight along side me while I navigate thru Alzheimer’s/Dementia as I am in this for the long run. Nothing is ever perfect in this world and things will go wrong. So it’s important to have a team that supports you and aids you in the process. My thanks to Justin Telles and his entire team....
Read moreThe Seville is truly a top-tier community for those looking for a home but also the relief of a team that cares. I just stopped in for a tour and it didn’t take long for me to realize that this is home for my parents. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warmth and care that the staff provides. The community is beautifully maintained, offered a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. That feels like home. What makes a home a home is not just the place, but the people. I’ve had the pleasure of working with this team that goes above and beyond for our parents. The people here are attentive, compassionate, and always ready to assist with a smile. The dining experiences another highlight – delicious, well-balanced meal served in a lovely dining area. The variety and quality of food make every meal enjoyable. If you’re looking for a place or loved ones will be safe, happy, and well taken care of, I highly recommend the Seville. It’s a wonderful community that truly prioritizes the well-being and happiness of...
Read moreWe absolutely love The Seville. My aunt has been in 2 other senior communities in LA and this is by far the best. The warmth you feel immediately when you walk through the doors is so welcoming and inviting. The designer created a beautiful elegant feel of a “bougie hotel” (as my teenage daughter called it). The staff is unbelievable! From the moment my aunt was evaluated by the medical director (prior to moving in) to every caregiver interaction has been positive, encouraging, PATIENT (with her and our family), accommodating, professional, safe and loving. My aunt has always hated the food in other places and she LOVES the food here, extra bonus! The front office/management staff and activities director are all beyond supportive and make this feel like a family and home, not a “facility”. This stage of life can be scary and depressing for a loved one. Justin, Felicia, Shelley, Hector, Levina, Jorge, the front desk folks and all the caregivers welcome us all with open loving arms every time we walk...
