This is the worstttt chick fil a with a capital W! I’ve been here a handful of times and literally every time has sucked. Since it’s a chick fil a, I will admit that I have a higher expectation than I do most other fast food restaurants. I mainly go to get a 5 lb bag of ice. The first couple of times, I would go thru the drive thru but realized it might be harder on the drive thru workers so I started going into the actual restaurant. The older gentleman who typically hands out the food is just sooo rude but again I really didn’t wanna be an inconvenience so I kept going inside for the ice. Most times they leave it so it melts a ton and then all the ice clumps together and it’s just annoying when I try to break it apart at home. ( I buy it because it’s nugget ice, not just any ice.) But anyway, tonight was for sure the last time I’m going. It was busy during dinner so I went inside while my mom waited in the car with my son, instead of the drive thru. After placing my order, I asked if they could fulfill it quickly and explained the last few times the ice has been left sitting out and melted. She looked at me and straight up said, “Well I will try. Most everyone does not like doing the ice order so it gets pushed aside. The line is pretty long so I’ll get to it once it dies down.” WHAT. As if my order wasn’t also important lol. I truly couldn’t believe she actually said that to me, I felt like she revealed a secret she wasn’t supposed to say. I just stared back and said ok. Time goes by and still nothing. My son was really upset by this point so I stomped out to go get him only to come back in and have the manager (?) very rudely hand me the bag of ice. The level of complete disregard I’ve experienced at this chick fil a ONLY is kind of nuts. And from looking at other reviews, I’m not alone! Y’all need to get it together! I know I am not the only one who has a higher expectation when it comes to chick fil a. I would say the same about in n out as well. I am glad I’m finally writing this after about 7 bad experiences & 3 conversations with different employees. I definitely dont hold it against that girl; this horrible work ethic and attitude comes from the top and trickles down to everyone below. Read moreI was out walking and decided to pick up a grilled chicken sandwich. I had 3 dogs and was wondering if I should get take out or do drive thru. I see a gentleman walk out with a dog, so I figured take out was OK. I walk in and an older gentleman standing near the counter yells over "Are those circus dogs," at least that is what it sounded like. I yelled back, would you rather I walk thru drive thru? A darling young girl who worked there, came over and nicely asked me if I would like to take my order outside. I thanked her and agreed that would be great. Come to find out the grumpy, old man was the dining manager. How rude! The two young girls, one who took my order and one that brought out my food, apologized over and over for his behavior. They should be managers. Mr. Grumpy does not deserve that job. I am a senior citizen and I am embarrassed to be in his age group. Read moreWe ordered ahead by mobile order, 30 minutes prior to our arrival. When we arrived, we checked in. I stood there for 10 minutes (5 minutes after checking in) watching the drive thru cycle through. Finally, I asked one of the workers delivering food, Mark Adams (manager?), if I was missing something about how to get our pick up order since it had been so long. With an obviously annoyed look on his face he asked the name, looked at the screen, and simply said, "It's on the screen." Then carried on about his business without a single ounce of customer service about him. 10 more minutes went by with no word about our order. At this point I switched out with my wife who was sitting in the car with our children. She finally was given the order for our family of 6 and not a single employee could be bothered to help her open the restaurant door. No apologies for the wait.
