Not a bad Starbucks location here at the San Clemente Outlets. I usually stop by when I come to the OC Cars & Coffee event here every Saturday morning. 9 - 11 am. Today was just like another Saturday. It was super busy, it took us about 30 minutes from the ordering line, to when we got our coffees. I think it went quick, considering the amount of people that were there. The staff kept the line moving, still, the cashier was kind and welcoming. No complaints here. This is my 4th time coming to this Starbucks during Cars & Coffee. Great atmosphere, great coffees.

It's Starbucks...Good Coffee and Free Wi-Fi/Charging Stations. Besides the radical leftist and the occasional ugly buisness lady who hates life and herself that screams at the poor new girl that is in training over nothing you encounter once a month (Seen it too many times, I hate entitled bitter people)... This Starbucks cafe ☕️ enjoys a nice location. It's another Starbucks with a good service. The lady who served us was extremely curtious and exemplified real Starbucks values. We had a good coffee and welcoming smile 🌹

Today I sent my 13 year old into Starbucks to get me a Tall Carmel Macchiato. He told me he would pay since I brought him to the Outlets to shop. He came back with my drink. It surely didn't look like a tall! I asked him how much did it cost, he said the charged him $9.25!!! He was totally ripped off and didn't get a recipe, so of course his word against the cashier (girl with pink hair). I am very disappointed that a company would do this to a little kid. He mows lawns to earn money and should be able to go into a store and not pay almost $10 for a small drink! I hope my son learned a lesson that not all people are honest and a small drink shouldn't...

They took the order completely wrong. Then they made the wrong size drinks, after remaking them (which tasted, like they just scooped the cream off, filled it up with water and put new whipped cream) they did not put stickers on them, so when I went to complain about the salt they put into my chocolate frappuchino, the lady in the front proceeded to tell me I must have just grabbed the wrong drink. (They handed them over to us directly.) While waiting for them to remake it again, one of the ladies knocked the coffee cup she was working on over three times. I at least ended up with SOMETHING chocolate, when I stopped...
