LOFT Outlet — Local services in San Clemente

Many nice clothes, very fashionable and great prices. However, they really don't want you to buy anything. Why do I say that? There are no mirrors on the floor! Well there was one large mirror in the middle of the store but completely and purposely blocked by racks. See my photo. You need to go to the dressing rooms if you want to just hold and see how it looks. To end on a more positive note, I overheard the staff being genuinely helpful to many customers.

...Oh it was my teen daughter with clothes in hand that made the observation that there were no mirrors. She did not go to the dressing rooms and ended up not wanting anything. Missed opportunity for a sale...

I love LOFT and usually their stores, even their outlets, are great. I came in on a Monday there was absolutely no other customers shopping. I wasn't greeted or asked if I needed any help. I shopped for 20-30 min never being acknowledged by the two staff members. After showing myself to the dressing room and try on clothes one of the attendants asked if she could get a dressing room for me.... Huh? I just tried on all the clothes, was she really that clueless? It was a very weird experience and fell miserably short of the customer experience I've come to expect from this store. I'm just glad this isn't my local store, the one by my house is so...
