Honestly the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. Took over 2 hours and was helped by 3 people for a gel manicure (that I didn’t even want!!) I came in with dip powder nails with a tip glued on, basically acrylic, I just wanted them removed and to have the dip powder put only on my natural nails since they had gotten so long, I didn’t need the tip anymore. Right away she tried to get me to just get an acrylic fill in, which I don’t want, I wanted new nails all together. So finally she agreed after I told her 5 times I don’t want acrylic. So she sat me with their selection of dip colors (about 15) and left me there for 20 minutes while she finished other nails. Then another woman comes over and starts removing my dip nails with the dremmel, after she’s gotten it down to the bottom layer- instead of soaking it, like you’re supposed to she took a nail tip and started trying to pull it off in chunks!! I asked her to stop and soak it because she was hurting me and pulling pieces of my natural nail off. She got such an attitude and started saying “ I know how to do it I know I’m supposed to do that” and acted like it was a burden to soak them? And the whole time she kept saying “ I don’t know how to do dip nail I’ve only seen on the internet “ so she starts speaking to another lady in another language then stops doing my nails and leaves. The other lady comes over and finishes removing them and just persist and tells me I need to get gel polish instead and at this point I’m just ready to leave and my nails have been filed down to nubs, so I agree. Then a 3rd woman does my gel polish, she had me put my hands under the lamp so many times my 21 year old hands looked like my grandmas by the time I left. Because she would only do 2 nails at a time and have me “cook” them. The manicure was below average- I could do the same at home. I would NEVER...

I’ve only gotten my nails done a few times in my life. I took my mother visiting out of town for her birthday and before I had a two week vacation. I asked what kind of polish would they recommend to last during working two days in healthcare (we wash our hands a lot), training dogs (teeth and slobber on my fingertips) and last two weeks in another country? Mindy recommended the gel hybrid polish and it was amazing! She painted on the gel that was cured with the UV light in 3 layers. It did add some length to my nails as I usually keep them super short, but they looked nice. They never chipped, flaked, broke and made my nails feel super strong.

Finally, just over a month later, I had Mindy polish them off. I plan to get them done again as she mentioned she can paint any color over the light pink/ neutral shades it comes in. I do not speak for everybody but I didn't have a good experience here. I'm pretty indecisive with choosing colors and I like to ask for recommendations since they are professionals. I had a picture for reference of what I wanted. The lady doing my nails didn't want to help me find the color whatsoever and looked/sounded super annoyed when I wanted to change the color I had first chosen because I didn't like how it came out. I ended up sticking with my 2nd color choice that I also didn't like just because I didn't want to be annoying and she wasn't giving me any suggestions.

While cleaning my nails she hurt me and I was bleeding, but she actually didn't care at all, she kept going like nothing happened. When I showed her the blood, she just quickly cleaned it.

She also told me the gel I did would last 4 weeks, but in one week it was already peeling of.
