Horrible experience!! I called this place asked specifically for Gel X nails, Tammy said they have this service so I booked for two. Upon arrival she immediately trimmed my nails and then soaked them to remove previous gel x nail. She then started working on my friend, she literately glued tips on her nails and stated that she was going to put regular gel over the tip. When I questioned her she said that is gel x for her so I immediately replied that its not gel x. My friend continued her nails and was miserable with finished product because as you can see in the picture it looks old...like the nail free and it's not shaped right plus very sloppy and billed $60! I chose not to proceed with anything I literally walked out with melted gel x nails. She didn't even offer money back for lying and doing horrible work. She had the audacity to ask if we come back in two weeks she will have ordered Gel X nails....disgusted with her service! Sorry Mindy your pedicure was worth every penny but you should find a new place to work! Posted pictures my friends nails...

I got a pedicure for the first time in years. I really enjoyed the service, the massage was very long and fulfilling and the staff was very nice and friendly. They did a very good job on my nails, the price was great and the service was excellent. I was their last customer for the day and they did not rush me or my pedicure at all. They waited for my nails to dry, offered me flip flops since I walked in with heels, and gave me a stamp card. The stamp card is really cool because after 6 visits you get $10 off. I also like that they have complimentary water, tea, and coffee and have discounts for basically everything. I would definitely recommend this place and can not wait until its time for my next pedicure. I have found...

They didn't ask what I wanted, instead assumed I wanted acrylic (this is my first manicure in over a year so I don't know what the process is) and so they cut and buffed my nail so poorly I couldn't get gel which is what I wanted so instead I had to get regular polish which came out just awful. I had grown out my nails for weeks especially to get gel as I work in a hospital and polish or acrylic wont work. My nail beds are cut, the skin and cuticle is dry and peeling because of the alcohol they used, and the polish is uneven, full of bubbles, cracks, and dents. Not worth the wait (close to an hour) or the price (cheap, at least). My nails look terrible, I'm going to remove the polish tonight. Complete waste of...
