I went in for the first time today. I was very curious from the signs outside since it says the products are natural and cruelty-free. The first thing I noticed walking in is the great smell from the bath bombs and how colorful everything was. I know some people don't appreciate strong smells but I am a person that loves this sense. I am big on cruelty-free/vegan/environmentally friendly products so I was curious to see what the fuss was about. Right when I went in the two ladies came up to me to help me. One of them was Kayla! I asked for anything jasmine scented. They showed me a bath bomb that smelled just like jasmine (loved it) and they also showed me jasmine perfume (in love). Kayla went above and beyond and showed me a lotion bar that melts with skin contact and she put it on my arm (that was very nice of her and of course, it smelled amazing). They mentioned a bit of how the products are handmade and natural, I do wish they mentioned a bit more about the company's ethics and values. Kayla did tell me they had stores in Canada and I could buy online which was very helpful since that's where I live. I ended up buying the perfume and bath bomb and Kayla wanted to give me a sample of the lotion bar but couldn't find one so she went ahead and gave me a full size for free! That was excellent costumer service! She also mentioned how the packaging was made of recycled product (great info). I wish they mentioned a bit more about the ethics and values of the store though. The prices are not cheap but honestly, I think it is worth it considering it is natural, cruelty-free, vegetarian and vegan products, handmade, etc. I don't mind paying a bit more for great products from stores that care about our planet and animals. We spend way more in other products just because they're well-known brands. I highly recommend this store. The sale associate Kayla was very professional, friendly, and helpful! I have already spread the word about this store and I will for sure come back and will buy online...
Read moreWent here to buy 3 items last june 28, 2025 (saturday) and when i went to the cashier i ask for a reciept but told me they can only send through e-mail as their system is down. When i checked the reciept in my email it has 7 items in it (did not notice when i was paying because i have 2 children with me) i showed them and asked for a refund, now they can't refund because they said the customer service is offline, they got my name and they said they will notify everyone in store to help and they gave me the number of customer service and told me to call next day, (wondering why i have to call, it's hard for me especially i'm not that good in communicating in english) i called next day many times and it was offline again. Then, I called their customer service hotline today- (Tuesday) and they haven't been notified about the situation and i have to explain which is hard for me to explain since i am not a fluent english speaker, and this customer service representative is making an attitude and not nice. 2nd customer representative called me again and asked if i could get refund at the store?this is so frustrating! I just wanted this 3 ITEMS peacefully and you made it really hard for me to refund which is not my fault, your cashier was not attentive that's why she made it wrong. It's easy to be kind and understanding especially when people are from different race, not good english speakers and have children! I would not recommend this...
