Men's Wellness Spot — Local services in San Diego

My husband and I visited once again for 90-minute massages at San Diego Men's Wellness Spa, and continue to be thoroughly impressed! This was our third visit to the spa, and each time the service has been top-notch.

Andy performed my massage and hands down is an incredibly skilled and intuitive massage therapist. He took the time to understand our specific needs and problem areas, and customized the massages to target the right spots with the perfect amount of pressure. His technique is amazing - he found and worked out knots and tension I didn't even realize were there.

We both left feeling so relaxed, loosened up and refreshed after our 90 minutes on table. The spa itself is lovely - immaculately clean, with a calm and soothing atmosphere. The staff are always welcoming and helpful.

I can't recommend Andy and San Diego Men's Wellness Spa highly enough! If you're looking for a great massage that will melt your stress away, book an appointment with them. You'll be so glad you did. We're already looking forward to...

Went last week. Was txt a few hours before telling me if I wanted to come early. So I did (figured they wanted to leave earlier). The massage was good. It the best but was good. But the music was very repetitive. Someone was banging in the lobby area like construction. Another person was walking up and down the hall with squeaky shoes. I had also asked for hot rocks. The guy left the room 4 different times to get towels and the rocks. I had a 90 minute massage but honestly he was out of the room for 10-12 of that. I’ve never had someone leave the room before. Usually the towels are in the room. A towel warmer. With hot rocks I’ve seen them in the room in like a crockpot or something. But it was strange and distracting. I really wanted to just relax. Maybe fall asleep (this was the reason I had scheduled the massage and one a little later in the day) but I didn’t feel relaxed at all with the distractions. Unfortunate. Like I said. Had massages from two different therapists (Adam & Cody) and would highly recommend both :). Each room (open ceiling) is separate and very clean. Even have a wireless charger for your phone. They do a great job of checking I with you about pressure. I like it strong and they were able to give good pressure. I plan to return regularly.

Update: Still been coming for over a year and it is certainly the best value massage I've found in San Diego. Michael, has been consistently very good and has even improved over time. They've also made improvements the the atmosphere over time here and there to make it more convenient to do things like charge your phone and more...
