I've been a past customer at Mi Casa es Mi Casa, but my recent experience in October left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable.
The senior-aged saleswoman followed me closely around the store, making it difficult to browse freely.
While browsing their ceramic gifts (which inconveniently have price tags hidden underneath), the saleswoman looked me up and down and then made an accusatory remark about watching my every move. This ruined the shopping experience entirely.

Read moreMy daughter was excited to find Pokemon cards here, bought two packs before we found out they were FAKE. Told the owner Lillia, left her NUMEROUS messages, asking for a refund or correct/authentic cards. Sent the Old Town Chamber on her, she told them she didn't KNOW the cards were fake, it was a bad distributor in LA. We gave her several weeks to fix the problem, she totally ghosted us (and the Chamber protected the store by not telling us what OTHER of her stores in Old Town she owned) and we did a STING to see if she corrected the problem (you can see that on You Tube soon)...same FAKE cards.
