Alison was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. From helping me pick the perfect ring, to assisting with several resizings and picking out the wedding band - the process couldn’t have gone any better. She was so helpful and responsive and helped get us our rings even despite putting the shop under a bit of a time crunch. As we were picking up the rings before leaving for our wedding, she noticed us walking outside heading for the shop and immediately got the rings prepared for us prior to even entering. Her attention to detail and service just made us feel so well taken care of. Stopped by to check out wedding bands the other day. The sales associate didn't look up from her computer when we walked in and I had to say hi first. There was nobody else in there, so I don't understand. She seemed very uninterested in helping us. Mentioned from the start that since we didn't purchase my engagement ring from there that they wouldn't make custom wedding bands for either of us. Seems a little odd to just turn down business like that - especially a custom order. She did not want to help us - it was very obvious. Their jewelry is very pretty and eclectic - too bad I wasn't offered the change to purchase something from here. Bad customer service can really make a huge impact...

I can't put into words how helpful this studio was. And the ring is beautiful.

I had a bit of a time crunch, as I only seriously considered a custom ring late into my engagement planning process. A custom ring comes 8 weeks after ordering, and I started the process about 10 weeks before I would need it. Kylie was super responsive, and we quickly came to a consensus about what the best ring would be, given my now-fiancee's(!) style preferences and constraints (eg: nontraditional, fun, not too flashy, etc).
