Based solely on their face mask policies. Iām vaccinated(Pfizer twice), have a breathing issue and they still insisted I wear a mask even though CDC does not mandate them nor does the state. Sales guy for really rude and asked me to leave. Tells me theyāve been slammed all day and Iāll have to wait 25 minutes for a sales associate once Iāve put on the mask. Itās not March 2020 folks. Firstly their delivery and supply team is very responsive to phone calls and no crazy menu and no wait times. C&B, west elm, and Arhaus doesn't provide updated ETAs unless you proactively call for a status update. The delivery team was professional. Highly recommend RB over Arhaus, west elm, and c&b until supply is...
