See's Candies — Local services in San Diego

Their candies may be good, however their customer service is horrible. Myself along with five other people arrived a few minutes before closing, and we were told that they were closed. An older lady came to the front door ushered all of us out of the store and said sorry then locked the door and proceeded to go change the "Open" sign to "Close". All of which occurred prior to their closing time of 7 p.m. The shame of it is, we would probably have spent over $200. I will happily be spending my money somewhere where I am treated as a welcomed guest and not an annoyance. First and Last...

This review for one of their server. See's candies is the best candy ever, no doubt! I've bought a lot of their chocolates from other locations, usually one small box, I can pick 13 pieces of candy. But last night, it was first time I went to the UTC Westfield mall see's candy store. I bought a small box of candy, exactly the same types & flavor & paid $14.25 as always , but when I got home, the box of candy only had TEN pieces!!! But that lady told me one small box includes 12 pieces, less than other stores its fine, but I'm wondering where did my other two pieces of...

I went on line to see what they had for Easter. When I decided, I walked into See's and was wearing my mask. There was a sign staying no more than 12 customers at one time. I counted 4. I went in and immediately found what I wanted. I was blessed to have a gift card from Halloween that covered the price. I received a scotch mallow sealed in a ziplock after I paid for my item. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Excellent service...
