Worst experience! Didn’t remove my previous nail dip, just caked on 5 layers of powder over my old nails. I asked why he wasn’t going to take it off at which he replied it was bad for your nails. Lol. I should have left but I let him finish…. My previous color was a dark green my new color is white… My nails now look like I have dirt under all of them!!! Not to mention he cut my cuticles several times with the nail drill. When I told him the nails looked dirty underneath he agreed and chuckled then said it’s $45. I have been coming here for 4 years in a row. They are the kindest people I know, take their time and do exactly what I want, but a quick tip. Bring a picture of what you want. I got a spa pedicure and it was a really pleasant, relaxing experience. Mai is really sweet and so are the other two that work there. Contrary to the other reviews I read, no one rushed me out and it was a nice pedicure. The place was clean as well. My nails look great and the pedicure was not rough at all.
