Starbucks — Restaurant in San Dimas

This Starbucks is clean, has helpful and friendly staff, and has never had problems with their wifi. I've been coming here for many years now and the baristas here make a real effort to remember your name and drink preferences. Orders come out quickly and correctly. I'm sure that's a norm for Starbucks, but I frequent a few different locations and this one seems to be the best in those regards. This location is also always the first to update their interior and services. For example they were the first of the locations I go to to upgrade to the faster "Google Wifi", they were the first to update to the new and more comfortable furniture, and so on. Over the 10+ years I've been coming here, I've never witnessed any sort of big misunderstanding or altercation between the staff and patrons. As a final note, whenever local residents want to "meet at Starbucks", this one seems to be the first choice. Hopefully your experience is/was as good as mine has been! I've said many times in my reviews that when it comes to Starbucks, they are all the same.... it's the staff that make them individually better. Well, this one has such a bad vibe from the second you walk in... I'm not sure if they were all just having a bad day or what... but the staff were so cold here. Maybe I need to see it on a different day.

Went there this morning to grab 3 venti ice water. Was willing to pay and I was extremely patient when she said it would be a couple of minutes because they had to get some stuff out before. Totally understandable, I told her not a problem and stood to the side 20 minutes later I see ice waters being made and put out to be polite I asked are those mine and she looks at me annoyed and says no! It’s gonna be a couple more minutes. I walked out.
