Angel Nails Salon — Local services in San Francisco

I visited Angel nails off EG blvd about 2 months ago. I had an appointment with Tracy @ 11. She was 15 minutes late which I didn’t mind at all! However, thought my simple gel manicure she was constantly texting on her phone in the drawer of her desk. So unprofessional. She made no effort to engage with me. Also, this was the most expensive gel manicure I ever had. $45. I really didn’t want to leave a tip but I left $10 & I regret it because a nail broke 2 days later.😕

I’m a licensed cosmetologist my self, I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews but gosh these nails !! Angel did my nails, she’s didn’t listen or seem to care what I wanted! They’ll do whatever they want. I showed angel (the owner) a picture of what I wanted as my shape and she seemed so confident that she new exactly what do. No professional at all. If you’re a picky person do NOT come here. The white nail picture was my inspiration picture and the green nails are from this salon !

Here's why this nail salon gets 2 star's; first of all they make you wait for a very long time. Even if you made an appointment. The technician will tell you 10-15 mins. Then you check back anf its another 15 mins. Finally you get settled in chair guess what? Another 10 mins. End up staying for 3 hrs for mani, pedi. For reals. Price change also be aware... I gave this place three chances. All has been the same experience, note they are good at there job.. But poorly managed why you get 2 stars.. So if you have a spare 3 to 4 hours try...
