I recently had the pleasure of working with Lindsay and Shawn at D&H Jewelry to create a custom engagement ring using diamonds that belonged to both of my fiancee's grandparents. I cannot say enough about the incredible customer service we received. From the moment we walked in the door, Lindsay and Shawn went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience.

The process of designing a custom engagement ring can be daunting, but Lindsay and Shawn were with us every step of the way. They took the time to listen to our ideas and offer suggestions to help us create the perfect ring. They were patient and understanding, and they truly valued the sentimental significance of the diamonds we were using.

In addition to their excellent customer service, we were blown away by the quick turnaround time. We were able to have our custom ring ready in just a few weeks, which was incredibly impressive given the level of detail and care that went into its creation.

Make D&H your first and last stop, just like I did!

My fiancé and I explored a few different options when looking to incorporate family diamonds into an engagement ring for me. We fell in love with Lindsay and Shawn’s enthusiasm, and immediately felt welcomed into their world as if they were old friends.

The D&H rings I tried on stood out to me because they were so comfortable and lightweight. They have special touches you won’t find anywhere else. The choice was clear—I needed a D&H ring.

Lindsay sketched out a few different arrangements of the diamonds we brought in, and then Shawn pulled out a book and showed us the historical references to match! They were so knowledgeable, and taught us all kinds of things about the diamonds we brought in, including that one was cut around 1935—likely worn by my great-grandmother in addition to my grandmother.

The renderings they provided and guidance on adjustments to the initial design was invaluable. D&H gave us a luxury experience for a very reasonable price. Lindsay and Shawn have built an extraordinary shop that offers exquisite works from independent artists, made from responsibly sourced gems and metals. Each piece is a work of art, and their store is more a gallery and community than what you typically see in the generic fast-food jewelry franchises in malls.

A visit to D&H quickly turns into a party with old friends cheerily helping you find that perfect ring, necklace, or whatever to fully express your love and celebration of the recipient (even if it's for yourself!).

I can't possibly describe how thoughtful their team (family, really) has been in helping me find exactly what I wanted. And they really know their trade! Gemologists with decades of experience, they'll blow your mind with the story behind each stone in the store.
