After some very unsatisfying experiences with auto repair and service in San Francisco, (yeah - I'm looking at you Royal Motors Audi you sumsabitches) I finally found the place that I trust. The first time I went in, Sokol was texting me all day to keep me informed as to what was going on with my car and even went the distance of providing me with numbers to call to find out if the problem was covered by Audi...so that I wouldn't have to pay. I found Sokol 6 years back when he was just setting up shop. He took excellent care of our old bmw and during an extended stay in the shop even offered his personal Porsche Boxter as a loaner car! He always finds ways to save money on parts but quality of repairs and service is always top notch. I'm considering buying either a used BMW or Porsche and Sokol is the only guy I will call to not only do the inspection but also for general advice on what to buy....
