I have to say, I am more than impressed with John's professional touch. I saw his web page and sent him an email. He responded very quickly. Set up a date, came out, and I explained to him what I needed. I wanted to be able to see my kids no matter where they were outside. In front of our home I needed to be able to see up and down the street to watch for my son's school bus. John not only set up the 8 cameras I needed but made it possible for me to view all cameras on the 55inch TV in my room. If I hear a noise outside at night I just flip on my TV and will instantly see around the entire house outside. If I’m watching TV I just flip to the surveillance channel and view all 8 cameras at once. I love the setup! To my surprise he completed this in one day.

Once completed, I used my iPad to display the cameras and then walked the kids outside and showed them all of the cameras. They saw our images as we walked from the side of the house, to the backyard, to the other side of the house, up the steps and along the balcony. This made them feel safer because I could see them no matter where they were outside.

What I expected and what I received were two different things. John hates seeing wires so there isn't a wire showing anywhere. Everything is vandal proof. The job looks as if it was done for an expensive office building. The camera setup will indeed raise the value of my home a bit as the entire perimeter of my home is viewable by the 8 cameras. We can now sit inside in the mornings as my son watches TV and I have my coffee and view the monitor and watch for the school bus. I can always see it coming up the street and by the time it gets to our home, we are at the door.

He is not cheap and neither is his work, but it is worth every dime. I would recommend him to anyone without fear of them being disappointed. I am very pleased with his work and am very relieved that when we go away on vacation for 3 weeks, I can remotely monitor my home inside and out and around every corner, thanks to the fantastic job he did. I've been a customer of John's since December of 2016. And there is a reason I haven't gone anywhere else. When looking for a high end security camera system I first looked both into purchasing and installing my own. We live in a 3 floor building so I decided to ditch the thought of DIY and started looking into companies. John with Bamboo Communications really did stand out from the rest on almost every level. The quality of cameras met my high standards, the price was very reasonable for the quality (others quoted far more for seemingly much less) and John himself was very professional and quick to communicate. Choosing him he really worked with us in providing the setup we were looking for and even was able to finish a 2 day job in just one day. One reason being that he was actually installing the cameras with his team rather then just sending his team out alone to do the work. Since getting the cameras they really have given us peace of mind and allowed us to check the house whenever we hear something odd or are out of town. About a year later one of the cameras ended up dying on us. We contacted John and within a few days he came and replaced the camera without any charge. Again we were extremely grateful. And now in 2019 we had to replace our Netgear router with an xfinity one which completely changed our IP address configuration. For the most part the cameras changed over automatically but there were a few that had been manually addressed and needed configuration. I emailed John and within the day he had returned my message. John and his crew delivered on what they promised. They were one of the few companies that actually came out to the site to do an estimate instead of using google maps. Imagine that. The products they use are not your "off the shelf" Costco or Best Buy stuff. This is commercial grade equipment designed to perform. This stuff was not cheap, but the quality that you get from them is outstanding. The picture is clear and there is no lag or picture freezing. I can access my cameras from my PC or remotely on my phone without any issues. I am very happy with the quality of the picture and the coverage of my home. I can stop right there and it would be an average review, but what makes this a 5 star is that John and his team arrived exactly as promised and conducted an installation that was clean and efficient. They completed the installation in record time. That is not to say that it was an easy job. What they had are very competent workers that knew exactly what needed to be done. They did not just drill holes randomly and hope that they find a stud. These guys knew what they were doing and made minimal holes and took great care to not cause unnecessary damage to my home. That's a huge relief for me. The personal support I received from John after the installation is beyond my expectations and quite the bonus. I get all my questions answered from John directly and he has been pretty quick with the response and solution.
