I have a serious staph infection from a manicure at this salon on March 3. The technician dug too deeply into the side of my nail where it meets the skin, and ended up breaching the skin. 3 days later it developed into a full-blown infection that had migrated into the finger pad, which is resistant to antibiotic treatment. I am on my 2nd round of antibiotics and if this 2nd round fails like the 1st round did, I will need surgery to drain and clear the infection.

I have been to this salon several times before this incident, and always thought they did a nice job and were very friendly. I take no pleasure in writing this review. But they need to do a much better job of sanitizing their equipment and being very careful not to break the skin.

I strongly suggest that people reconsider any salon manicures at all. It is not worth the risk. A finger infection may sound like nothing, but it can easily spread and become resistant to treatment, as it...

I payed $120 for a builder full set manicure and a plain pedicure with no polish.

-The nails started to break within 5 days and finished breaking on day 8.

I called and asked for a half refund -they refused and said I can get them “redone”

That doesn’t work for me, I live over an hour away - I also don’t want broken nails in another 5 days.

My press-on Nails from Kiss - cost $8 on Amazo Eight yes, and they have already lasted for 2 weeks . just plain Kiss nail glue, no UV light at all.

I went to polish to get my eyebrows waxed and they did an amazing job! I hadn't gotten them waxed in 6 months so things were a bit rough, but I am very happy with the results. The only thing I would say was that the next morning there was a small cut below my brow. I don't know if it was just irritated skin or what, but it was not painful at all. Overall, I love polish, they are very very clean and are taking great precautions due to the pandemic. They took my temperature and gave me hand sanitizer before I went in. There was a plexiglass screen between the clients and the beauticians. I felt very very safe....
