AUGUST 2020 UPDATE: I love my volume lash extensions! Just enough to look natural but a noticeable difference. The spa was obviously cleaned thoroughly and I felt safe while I was there. I was nervous about sitting still for that long and having someone working on my eyes, but Jena’s atmosphere is so relaxing, and her touch is so gentle and light I was able to actually enjoy it. My lashes look beautiful 💜

APRIL 2020 UPDATE: With all the stress I've been under with the lockdown in place, I was really needing something to help me feel relaxed and glowy again. Jena offered me a virtual consult, which was exactly what I needed! She recommended I use the brightening cleanser, the transformational face mask (no strings attached!), the hyaluronic serum, and the SPF 32 preventative moisturizer- with a cup of tea and deep breathing. WOW! I've noticed a reduction in fine lines, glowing skin, and it definitely has some of its bounce back, not to mention I"m feeling a lot more chilled out. Being almost 36, my skin needed a new regiment and I"m so glad I decided to try Jena's new service. Highly recommend!

Jena is a master of her craft. She gave me a vitamin c facial, and my skin has never looked so amazing. I bought the lip balm and facial sunscreen and I would have paid more, knowing the results I have now. I was visiting SF from Vegas, so I live in a really dry climate, but her facial completely rejuvenated my skin, I don't need to wear makeup now.

I had the best experience with Jena and can’t recommend her enough! She did a brow tint and lamination, a lash tint and lift, and a light therapy treatment for me, and I left feeling completely refreshed and put together. My brows and lashes have never looked better, and the light therapy gave my skin such a healthy glow. Throughout the whole appointment she explained what she was doing, made sure I was comfortable, and paid such close attention to detail.

What stood out most was how personalized everything felt. Jena took the time to look at my skin and recommend products that would actually work with my skin type, without ever making me feel pressured. It’s so clear she really cares about her clients and wants them to leave not only looking good but also feeling confident about their routines at home. I really wanted to love this place, it's really clean and cozy, well located, and the staff are all super nice!

I went in for a lash perm and unfortunately, its the worst one I've received (I've gone to a few salons in the city, my first time at this place).

To be fair, she recognized this and spent an additional 45 minutes trying to fix it, but the result was still the same: just a very minimal and uneven curl. I even met my friends afterwards and told them I got a lash lift and nobody could tell, which is a bummer because I've been growing my lashes out for a year and now they just look crumpled 🥹

I also want to say that my technician also offered me the chance to come in afterwards if I wanted to change anything, but I was going on a two week trip the next day and it didn't seem like there was anything that could be done.
