Don’t be fooled by the 5 starts I never seen such poor service i didn’t even leave a tip. I asked for a full set gel in the style coffin shape for the nails and my nails where only shaped on one side. the lady cut into my actual nail. How does this happen? I’ll tell you I vocalized to the woman she was cutting into me and hurting me and she said sorry but then cut into another nail. Clearly she didn’t know what she was doing. I told her I shouldn’t have to pay $50 for a job I’m unhappy with and she said she gave me the shape I asked for. I just couldn’t believe it then she had the audacity to speak in a different language I believe cantonese this to me is rude. She didn’t offer me an apology or a discount or anything. Bottom line is I’m a paying customer I’m paying you for a service you failed to deliver. I understand people make mistakes that’s fine however it’s your job as a professional to correct your mistakes, otherwise don’t call yourself a professional. I had the bad luck of getting my threading done here because my regular parlor was closed. I should have just waited because I left this place is tears. Before she started working on my eye brows, I told her I wanted to retain the thick eye brow and only the extra hair should be removed. She shrugged me off twice so I thought she knows what I'm talking about. Although her procedure wasn't painful but I noticed that she kept removing my eye brow hair with a tweezer for a long time. I told her twice to just let the thick brow be and on the third instance she gave up. The moment I saw my super thin brows, I just couldn't look at her. I wanted to get out of there. Reached home and noticed that she left a lot of hair on my upper lips. This is the absolute worst threading I have ever gotten. Why do people not listen to the customer and act as if they already know stuff and mess up big. Please do yourself a favor and never get threading done at this business, they don't know...

I’ve been going here for more than five years to get my eyebrows waxed. It was always the same person and she did a fantastic job making my long scraggly grandpa-looking eyebrows look neat and natural. Today I went and for the first time there was a different person doing the waxing. And you know, she was just as good and took the same amount of care tweezing and trimming with tiny scissors. It was during a heatwave and it was super hot in the waxing loft, but she was patient and nice. They must have trained her well. The price is so reasonable that I can give a big tip and leave...
