Let me start by saying that QUA wins in customer satisfaction, in my book. I had originally purchased a gift certificate for my husband to have two massages at QUA - he's got a stressful job and really needed it. We had never tried QUA, and it really looked like the perfect, serene haven from what I could read on their website. Sadly, his experience was not a good one. Without getting into details, I'll just say that I wrote a letter to the owner, detailing what had happened and she IMMEDIATELY contacted me. She offered me the opportunity to come back and try again, with a 90 minute massage and manicure.
Since hubby wasn't interested in going back, I used the services. The ambience was a bit weird, because they were undergoing renovations at the time, but overall I could tell that they were working towards a beautiful, serene environment. Rodney gave me a fabulous massage - both relaxing and therapeutic, and he really worked with me on specific areas that had been causing me problems. It was amazing! After that, I had one of the best manicures I've ever had! My nails are problematic - very brittle and not the most beautiful shape - but Karen shaped them perfectly and really took her time. I strutted out of QUA an new woman - refreshed, relaxed, and feeling great!

Read more3rd Update 🌟 Joey was absolutely above and beyond, I realized she is an expert on facial massage, and she has been doing it for 30 years! which I haven't done before since I don't trust anyone with my face. She was very vocal of each step and explained every step, devices, and products she used. I will definitely come back, and not only that, I'll recommend her to my friends and business partners. I will promote her SPA on my social platforms and social media as well. It is also important to mention how everything was clean and maintained very well!

2nd Update Correction: Joey introduced herself as an SPA director, reached out to me, and offered a facial treatment in order to compensate for the first experience. I do appreciate how quickly she responded and how honest she was.

My wife had a gift certificate (through Groupon) for a massage at Qua, and was excited for the experience. But when she arrived, she was told that she could not use it because she was pregnant. Further, she was told that she could not apply the gift certificate towards a pregnancy massage (and pay the difference). Nor could she use the massage after her pregnancy, because it would have expired by then. Nor could she transfer it to someone else that wasn't pregnant.
