My recent visit to Teeth left me with an overwhelmingly negative impression, all thanks to one individual who seemed determined to ruin the evening - the bartender. It's unfortunate when a single person can mar an entire experience, but in this case, it was impossible to ignore.
First and foremost, it was evident that this bartender was severely lacking in basic customer service skills. Upon our arrival, she displayed a disinterest in taking our order and barely acknowledged the presence of our group. Our initial interaction with her left much to be desired, but things took a turn for the worse when we placed our orders.
To our astonishment, the bartender singled out a member of our group who was sober and declared that she was not allowed to have any more drinks. This abrupt and unwarranted judgment was both embarrassing and unnecessary.
To compound matters, approximately 10 minutes later, the same bartender abruptly stormed across the room as the group was sitting at the booths with the intent of ejecting our group from the establishment, all because the same individual had taken a single sip of her beer. Her approach was confrontational, and her words were far from polite. She shouted, "You guys need to leave; I was pretty damn nice when I warned you before!"
The sheer audacity of her behavior left our group in disbelief. We were all there simply trying to enjoy a beer and engage in a game of shuffleboard. It's important to note that our group was far from being loud, disrespectful, drunk, or sloppy, which makes the bartender's actions all the more perplexing.
In fact, her actions were so unreasonable that even the bouncer stationed at the front entrance rolled his eyes when she persisted in her efforts to have us removed. This blatant display of unprofessionalism marred what should have been a pleasant evening at the bar.
In conclusion, our experience at this establishment was overwhelmingly negative due to the bartender's shocking lack of professionalism and erratic behavior. We expected to enjoy a relaxed evening but were instead subjected to an unpleasant encounter that has left us with a lasting impression.
We ended up going to a different bar after in the Mission, where the staff was happy to have us and they were on their...

We stood at the door for a while before we were acknowledged. We were lead to a table on the patio area of the restaurant which was nice. It is probably a vibe in the evening.
The ordering process was not explained and we weren't offered any water or drinks after seating. We were seated for about 10-15 minutes before having to go in and ask when someone would be out. This was probably the first sign that we should have left. They were not busy at all so it was a bit confusing why everything was slow.
You have to go in to order drinks and meals are ordered through an app which is fine but it has no option for drinks. No one will come to your table to serve or check on you. Your entire transaction is completed online with the exception of someone from the staff bringing you your food.
The food was not good. The French toast was undercooked and really soggy. I did not eat it. The eggs and burgers were ok. The fries are overcooked and hard.
You're not allowed to eat inside if you're not vaccinated AND you need proof of vaccination. Maybe the experience would have been different had we eaten inside...

Bouncers and bar-back instigated a fight with my friend. The bar was closing and my friend and I were finishing out beers at about 10 minutes to close. Bouncers got super aggressive and whipped our beer cans out of our hands even though we were complying and leaving. That somehow escalated to a bouncer striking my friend for no reason when he was trying to calm things down outside between a bouncer and someone before they fought. My friend received a black eye and was bleeding a lot.
Out of nowhere the sarcastic bar-back came out to start more trouble and ducker punched someone completely random who was also just trying to calm the group down before more fighting ensued. He was laid out on the street with his girlfriend screaming. It was tragic. He nor my friend did anything wrong. Bouncers were classless and sought the violence.
Right after it all, both bouncers nervously fled the scene in a car parked directly in front of the bar. I can only assume they knew they'd be arrested if police were involved.
In conclusion: there are far too many nice bars with respectful, nonviolent bouncers and staff to return to...
