I took My car in for some brake pad Replacements at 8am. When I arrived they were already working on cars. As I pulled up a very nice man approached me and asked me what brought me in. He gave me a very reasonable quote compared to other places , and said he'd have it ready in a couple hours. Just to clarify, I didn't have an appointment, and by 10:30am-11 he called to let me know my car was ready to go! Oscar went above and beyond with his customer service. I totally made me feel comfortable, considering MANY shops take advantage when a woman comes in by herself. I will totally come back for any future needs in my car (wheels, service, oil changes, you name it ). Keep up the great work...

I was referred to Oscar by a friend and he took my diagnostic report from Toyota and went through it and told me what had to be done, what Toyota was grossly overcharging me for and what didn't need to be done at all, but Toyota was plumping their bill at my expense. I pulled into town on July 2, 2012 after literally driving half way across the country. On hearing a terrible noise in my brakes, I found Schwerin Brake Service near our hotel using Google. I drove in to the shop late in the afternoon and was treated fairly, competently, and immediately. They offered to stay late to do the job, but I offered to come back the next morning, since our hotel was close by.
