I purchased a table from Sohnne on January 1 this year. After purchasing it I read online from other people that it might take over a month for them to deliver.
After waiting 2.5 months I emailed them asking for a status update. They replied with a cut and paste response stating they would check on my order with an update within 24 hours. That never happened so I waited another few days and finally asked them to cancel the order and get a refund.
3 days later I get another cut and paste response apologizing and promising to refund my money within 7 days (red flag). I waited another 7 days and then asked them to check on the refund. No response. I waited another 4 days and asked again and let them know I would file a credit card dispute if they didn't reply. No response again.
After waiting another few days I finally started the credit card dispute process. Additionally I posted a negative review here and on reddit. Within literal minutes of posting the negative review Sohnne started emailing me and calling me (repeatedly at midnight I might add), in their emails they promised to refund me and sent me a strange screenshot of a e-check. I'm not sure what was going on with this e-check refund it did not materialize other than the screenshot. Maybe this was a scam? I'm honestly not sure what was going on there.
In the end they did finally refund me after being contacted by the credit card company. Only took 4 months...
Hopefully this helps someone! If you feel like a gambler and want to purchase something from Sohnne make sure you use a credit card and keep a log of all...

Shortly after that, I received notification that the item would be delayed by 2 weeks. I was ok with that. It was then continuously delayed until I requested the order to be cancelled on Jan. 5, 2025. I was told the item had shipped and I would be compensated for the delay and I could inspect the item when it arrived. If I was not satisfied at that time I could return it. The item finally did arrive on January 21, and while the quality was good, the chair was quite short for me (even though I had ordered the tall version). I contacted them again and requested a return. I was advised this would be very expensive for me and I was offered a credit for my next purchase and a slight discount. Multiple emails ensued until I finally accepted the discount as it was clear they were not going to offer a refund. The refund they finally did send was less than what they had initially promised, but I was too frustrated to continue on. In total, 24 emails were exchanged and the solution was not satisfactory. In short, the product you order MAY be ok for you, but if it is not they will not work to make it right. Buyer be ware! They are not a scam company (ie. you will eventually get a product) but they are extremely difficult to work with and do not care about customer satisfaction. ...
Read moreWow. I must say I agree with all of the previous negative reviews. I kept in contact with them via their annoying chat system to see the progress on my order. I NEVER received contact from them I did not initiate about this order. They offered a small refund to make up for the delay and they asked ME to contact them again after the weekend. So I contacted them AGAIN (keeping track this is now the third time) about this order and was informed their supply partner was unable to fill the order etc. Did you know this 2.5 months ago? I did get my refund but I followed the advice of the other reviews in this thread that stated they had to threaten to charge back. I never had to do a chargeback and did receive my refund.
I did order from them previously and did receive our order... mostly. They missed out on sending the base for the chair to which I had to speak with them twice to resolve, but to their credit, that was resolved. I should have known then not to order from them and I am kicking myself now for trusting them again.
They would have been happy to keep my money and never talk with me again. I NEVER got an email from them or phone call or any contact about this order that they stated “got lost”. The person in customer service also made sure to inform me that they had paid the shipping for the package. Neat? Did you expect me to pay for shipping for something I did not receive? I certainly think you should take that up with your supplier?
