After a minor accident (with an uninsured drive who backed into my car), my insurance (Farmers) sent me to Fix Auto Folsom. It was the first time I had an accident and had to get my car fixed. I had an amazing service and a great experience. All of the employees were super helpful and they went above and beyond to make sure that my car was fixed properly. They even helped me with some minor things that I could not figure out myself just because they were so kind. They had to keep my car one more work day than initially estimated but they communicated with me regularly throughout the process to make sure that the delay did not cause any issues. Also Farmers and Fix Auto have an agreement with Enterprise. My insurance organized a rental and I was able to return the rental car to Fix Auto, which made everything much easier.
