Honestly had no idea exactly what I was signing up for when I made an account with incredible health. I was shopping for travel agencies when I found this and it turned out to be the best free job hunting tool with actual real ppl guiding you through the tedious aspects of job hunting. I was looking for very specific pay rate, hours, and locations. their system of coordinating same week screening calls (to discuss positions and what you're interested in before interviewing with a manager) with employers helped me weed out several job listings in a shorter amount of time. on top of that, their personal texts and emails with reminders and tips (not automated AI) are the added encouragement and accountability when you start losing steam. they get feedback after your conversations with employers as to how an interview went or why you are or aren't a good fit, rather than receiving generic rejection emails. the process made it feel like I held all the cards and within 1 month I found a position with exactly the hours and pay rate I was looking for. would definitely recommend and use again...

Incredible Health made my job search 100x easier than it would have been on my own. am moving to a new state and decided to venture into a new nursing specialty. With a tight timetable along with the stress of finding a job, IH streamlined the process for me.

IH had me conduct a phone screening, upload my resume, and my references. Instead of me actively looking for jobs (which I still did), prospective employers came looking for me.

IH kept in direct contact with me through every step, providing tips, and even research on the hospital. After my online interview for the position that I was hoping, for the support staff with IH called to discuss my interview and hearing my excitement encouraged me to follow up with a “thank you” email (even sent me a couple of templates), which I sent the next business day. Hours later my support staff had received word that an offer was coming my way days before I was told interviews would conclude. I believe that my “thank you” message put me over the top.

I can't give enough kudos to Incredible Health. Amanda Morley was amazing; she helped to facilitate a position in the hospital. I wanted to work in a different dept and setting. She asked me what my skill set was and helped me with making some of my hidden attributes stand out. I do not think it was a week later I received a call from a recruiter from the hospital dept where I wanted to work. I not only received one offer, I received two offers in different departments.
