If I could give a zero, I would. We paid $40 to ship our hoverboard to this place to get it fixed. My husband provides the correct address in the return label and in the email he sent to them. This is the 3rd time we had to get it fixed since Christmas 2018. They fixed it and sent us a UPS tracking number. After checking the tracking a few day later, we found out that they sent it to our previous address (4 hours away). When we informed them what they did and told them that we gave them the correct address, they asked us if we could just go to our old house and just pick it up. LoL no, we cannot drive 4 hours away to "pick it up" from the new resident. They asked if we could call them and have them take it to a UPS store and have it sent back to sender. We have no idea who is living in that house now nor do we have a phone number now. Now they are telling me they put in a claim with UPS and that they will get assistance from the local police to go over there and pick up our hoverboard. Ok, that's nice and all but what about us getting our hoverboard? So now we have to wait at least 3 to 4 more weeks before we "may" get it back. What happens if the new residents say they didn't receive it? Do we not get one back because they messed up and sent it to the wrong address? Will we be out the money we paid for it, for the repairs and for the shipping?? This company is no help and has no idea what...
Read moreSame issue as most. Purchased a hoverboard through Walmart from H.A.I. 11/23. I emailed them 11/27 since it said they were sold out and my order had not ship yet. 11/28 it showed shipped with a tracking number. It is now 12/5 and still has no tracking history. I've emailed them 3 times in two weeks with not one response! Called them and recording says due to the Holidays the only way to reach them is via email. My last email to them asked them to refund my money or I will dispute with my CC company. Guess we'll see how far I get with that.
UPDATE As of 12/7/17 it now shows it has finally shipped (the day after speaking to someone at Walmart about the issue). I'm updating to two stars now until we actually receive the board and I can inspect it. Good luck everyone!

Read moreSame as everyone else so I won’t go into detail. They never arrived. This is how u get your money back from Walmart. Call Walmart customer service. Explains that you can not get in contact with the vendor and your item has not arrived nor shipped. Walmart should then send your issue to an “escalation team”. The escalation team will then contact H.a.i. And tell them they have 24 hours to respond to the meaaage. (Which we all know they won’t because they can’t respond to my 50 emails asking about the whereabouts of my board). Anywho call back after the 24 hours and Walmart will refund your money.
