I honestly wasn't expecting much from the Dubai Chocolate Latte since this whole Dubai thing is so hyped up still. But surprisingly & luckily this drink was good & well balanced. It's a Viet coffee shop so the bold coffee flavor was not lost with the sweetness coming from the chocolate & cream. The pistachio with coffee is not as common & it pairs quite well. Be sure to crack the chocolate coating before you drink it.

The Nutty Spice Latte was my favorite & I'd return just for this drink. I've had peanut flavor in my coffee before & this one was even better because it was more pronounced & the coffee did not get lost. Try this out if you like nut milks & tasty lattes.

SERVICE, LOCATION & PARKING:

Loved that they asked how the drinks were when I left the place. It's those small touches to service that makes me want to come back.

They are located within Factory Tea Bar so there is a lot of room if you've been there before. From what I can gather this place opens before Factory Tea Bar opens & once it closes then it's only Factory Tea Bar drinks that can be ordered. Not sure about that though.

Nice, clean & modern inside with many tables for you to relax, enjoy your coffee, work/study.

Parking is easy since it's one of the few businesses in this area that has it's own parking lot with ample...

Coffee cafe by morning, boba tea bar by night, it's such an efficient and cool combination of use of space! The whole inside has been redecorated since its full factory tea bar days, and I didn't go look at the arcade area but it seems like it's still there! The cafe vibes are cozy and on point. I got an einspanner latte and a Vietnamese coffee, both were delicious. The butter croissant was a little stale and not warmed up, which was an unfortunate letdown given how appetizing it looked. I'd still go back for the other...

We got the Vietnamese coffee einspanner, matcha einspanner, cheese Danish, and pizza Danish.

The drinks were pretty good. Not too sweet compared to other einspanners I've tried. The danishes were just ok, nothing special.

Overall a cute place. Most of the seating seems geared toward larger groups so I would come again if i was looking for a place to hangout with a large group. I wouldn't recommend it for a chill...
