If I could give negative stars, I would. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a medical facility. The front desk staff is shockingly rude--to every single person in line. The line was out the door, and the receptionist was not only slow but actively hostile, snapping at patients and treating anyone who didn't immediately understand her with open contempt.

There was only one phlebotomist drawing blood, and she also seemed overwhelmed and irritated. When I placed my belongings on an empty chair, she snapped at me: "Next time, don't put your things there." I immediately apologized and moved them, but instead of accepting it, she rolled her eyes at me.

This place is disorganized, understaffed, and completely unprofessional. It's a healthcare facility--people come here already stressed or unwell, and the last thing they need is to be treated like a burden. Avoid this location at all costs.

Definitely do not let your family members here either. The receptionist was berating customers in...

The worst place I have been. The front desk she show other patients private information to me . This is against the HIPPA，and blood draw didn’t get disinfected. They told you go to get urine samples You have to ask them where is the bathroom . After you come back , that don’t ask you go into the lab and have the blood draw, you wait outside a long time. And also they said , patients are not allowed to throw the paper which hold the urine sample in their trash can . You have to go to outside . Every body is so mean here. Also the parking lot of this building is charged. So just drive a little far away and get somewhere else if you don’t wanna to have a bad beginning...

I don’t know how normally the urine sample should be collected and sent. I saw a guy was just holding his urine sample cup (with urine in it) in his hands and opened the door and put it in the office room. His hands touched the handle and I was sitting in the chair waiting to be called into the room for blood draw. 😰

No validation for parking, and checkin takes long time. Mostly just paying your parking for the waiting time.

Other than that, the building is new, clean and quiet. Probably that’s why they ask for parking fee but would be nicer if the property...
