Will not be returning to this store! My husband and I were in store recently wanting to purchase an S25+. We had the pleasure of working with Beatrice who explained how the trade in process would work and she informed us that the phone wouldn't be available until today 2/7/25. She even gave us a quote of what we would be looking at when they did arrive. We were looking forward to getting our phones today, but that didn't happen. I called today to make sure they had it available and was told they didn't but to call later. The girl I spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. I called back again a few hours later and was told again they didn't have it but could order it. I ended up at an alternate location that had the phone available with the quote that was given to me by Beatrice. The new rep we spoke to informed us that the quote she gave us was based on an add a line plan which is not something was explained to us nor is it something we wanted and to top it off would raise our bill by almost $40 on top of the price of the phones. I feel like I dodged a bullet with not getting anything from this location! Especially after hearing how they treated my parents today after doing the same thing to them. Ā Ā Ā Read more6/27: I recommend going to a different location. I was charged for a USB port by Freddy. I had no clue until I went home, looked at the invoice, and checked my bag. I went back the same day to return it and he claims I canāt do it the same day without having to do the process of setting up my phone again. Now I have to go back tomorrow to return an item I never asked for. I don't appreciate businesses charging for items to boost their commissions without customer consent. I canāt imagine how many people heās scammed already without their knowledge. He was bragging about how much he makes and now I understand why. Go elsewhere.
6/28: New update. I received another charge for insurance on my phone. Yesterday, Freddy asked if I wanted insurance on my phone and I told him no. Iāve never gotten insurance for any of my phones. Come to find out, he charged me for insurance as well which would boost my monthly payment to $18 more a month. This guy steals and is very dishonest with the company, the community he works for, and should not be employed with T-Mobile.
I also went back today to return the USB port. I spoke with the assistant manager, Leslie, about these charges and this whole situation. She was very helpful and assured the situation would handled. I would still recommend going elsewhere as long as this man is...

I tell him I saw a prepaid plan for $15 online and I called in to a corporate store and was assured I can go into any store and get this service. Deondre flat out told me I canāt get it, I told him what I was told and he said āgive me a few minutesā , he stayed there messing with an accessory and was cussing under his breath. He went to the back and came back within 30 seconds saying his manager Brian told him āwe donāt offer that plan in store, you have to call or do it onlineā. He also said that they donāt offer that plan because they arenāt a corporate store. I said ok and left, I called back into the store and the other rep that was there answered the phone and told me āBrian isnāt inā ā¦. But somehow Brian just told Deondre that they donāt have that plan available. I called the other 2 T-Mobile stores in Hemet who are also not corporate stores and was assured that plan is still offered and I can go in and get it.
