Manager ERICA, so she claimed to be named Erica, is the ABSOLUTE WORSE at customer service. Let me tell you, I went to this sonic at 12 30 this afternoon and we were so happy. I returned at 930pm with my kids (today, a Monday 6/12/23) and we decided to wait at the drive up stalls because they never experienced it. The drive thru was NOT long. So, why not right. I seen 3 other cars opposite me show up, kids too, and left. After I placed my order, 30 minutes went by and MANY MANY cars came and left via drive thru. I walked inside and rang the bell at the counter. Someone yelled from the back, "I'll be right with you". About 5 minutes later, I rang the bell again, and once again, "I'll be right with you," then out walks an associate. I ask them if they can tell me their order of operation so that I can know for the future, not to ever use their drive up. I explained that cars came and left that I've witnessed. Erica stated that she goes in order of the orders "LIES". Because if that were true, I would have been helped over 30 minutes ago. She then ask me if I have shakes. I told her no. I ask her how much longer for my order for Stall 2... she went to the back and returned to tell me, "We are waiting on meat". Lol, lady we ordered a tender meal and a cheeseburger. So ALL THESE ORDERS AT SONIC FOR THE PAST 30 MINUTES DID NOT NEED MEAT? LOL NO MAM. This is nothing but pure NEGLIGENCE. She is a HORRIBLE MANAGER. There was no apology or empathy for us waiting over 30 minutes... she could have said, "I apologize, we are waiting on meat". But no, it was just, "We are waiting on meat". Mam, take those lies elsewhere. Corporate needs to look into those cameras from 930 to 10pm....

As a person who works in customer service, you need to have compassion and patience for all customers. You know nothing about autism. You had no right to be as rude and mean as you were.
If you lack empathy and compassion, I feel that customer service is not the right fit for you.
I asked if you could rush my daughter's order because I had to get her to the sitter and go to the hospital. You said that children being shot in school are more important than rushing my order (u said this with my 8 year old in the car). You continued to be disrespectful and argue with me....
Then u come to the window, and raise ur voice saying that you know all about autism because u know 1 person and questioned my disability. Well guess what Bobby, people with autism can talk and some of us do drive.
Some of us went to college, like me. Im an individual with autism who specializes in autism and neurodevelopmental disorders. When I told you that we speak straightforward. We are blunt, we speak the truth.
There is a difference between honesty and being rude, see i was straightforward, you were rude and lacked compassion. Read moreI ordered online got to the location waited over 50 minutes to have my order brought out I had to press the red button twice to ask about my order and the last time I did she had said it was there waiting for someone to bring it out when it did get to me the cups were so sticky, two of the lids were cracked, the ice cream was completely melted, the lid was not securely put on so when I put my cup down it tipped over and the ice cream spilled completely out it was more like ice cream soup, one of the large blasts was filled halfway, they charged us for cheesecake bites but didn’t actually put them in we were then informed that they ran out, they also ran out of spoons for napkins and when I asked to speak to the manager the worker said she was refusing to come out and told the worker to tell me I had a better chance at calling her than seeing her I asked again to see the manager the worker came back out and said “she’s saying she won’t come” the worker did her best to fix the problem however the manager was horrible. I asked for a refund and was told “we don’t give refunds” this location is horrible and I will not be returning. I’d rather take the 20 minute drive and go across town to the hemet location. The workers need better training, they need to be stocked up with utensils and toppings and the manager needs a good lesson on how to manage the business as well as speak to customers when there’s a problem.
