bad customer service from manager (Jake). I went to the store to look at the makeup because they had deals under ad usually some of the specific makeup have tags right under the color for clearance there was one tag that was placed on two different colors tried to read the tag to see which color was the one that was on sale but did not specify any color so I asked the guy that was close by to see if all the lipsticks were that price since it didn't specify a color he rudely answer that whatever color the tag was on top of was the color that was on sale and I told him it didn't specify which one and he answer sarcastically again that whatever color it was covering that's what it was didn't even take the time to look and see what I was talking about.. one thing I won't do is argue with IGNORANT ppl not going to stoop down to their level. Second rude encounter: When I was going to pay I asked for a rain check for buy one get 2 free sandwich zip lock bags since I took the last three, the cashier asked the same guy (Jake)for help to see if that item was the sale for the week they both look at the ad and found it on the back. The cashier asked him if I could get a rain check to get another three Jake went on to say that he was not going to order any more ziplock bags and I was PURCHASING MORE THAN ENOUGH so he was choosing not to give me a rain check... once again was not going to argue I asked him if he was a store manager, asked for his name he said he was an assistant manager Jake and the store manager's name Ron I said thank you very politely and he tried to explain himself saying that he has a right to give a rain check or not to whichever he chooses (with an attitude) and walked away. My issue with the entire scenario first of all is the ugly attitude and horrible customer service, second who is he to tell me what is enough for me to purchase for my household, third if the ad does not specify a limit on that item I should be able to buy as many as I want and if it is an ad then they should stock up or automatically honor a rain check for people to buy more. some people take their job title to a different level. I don't care if you're a cashier if you are a shift leader if you are an assistant manager, a store manager or the district manager you have to earn respect to get respect and that's why I'm writing this review and called to complain and I hope that something gets done no one should be treated in...
Read moreI found this location to be incompetent! Girl I spoke with over the phone sounded like she had marbles in her mouth, ok no problem, I kept talking with her! She assures me they have the medication I’m looking for in stock, tells me I’ll have to have my Dr, call in a new prescription because they can’t transfer from one pharmacy to another! Ok so I do that! Tells me it will be ready within an hour and they will call me to let me know it’s ready! Great 4 hours go by no call! I call them back and this time I am speaking to the Mgr., who tells me that they needed to talk to Dr to authorize that this med is ok to give to me because of a diff type of med I’m taking! Ok I can see protocol has to be done! She says my Dr’s ofc never called her back even though she called two times! I ask her why didn’t they talk to the girl at the time she called in my med for me? She says well if it would have been me that spoke to her initially I would have, so here I wait 4 days with no cough syrup because they don’t know how to teach their employees the rules! She assures me she will call me back, here it is 6:55 pm on a Friday evening when we are talking and tells me they don’t close until 9pm! Which is a lie! They Pharmacy closes at 7pm, the store closes at 9pm! She just wanted to get off her shift not giving two cents about my dilemma and problem that they caused me! I will never trust or give Walgreens my business! They’re nothing but a bunch of lazy, incompetent people! Now I have to wait till Monday to talk to my Drs office!! Luckily I have an otc cough syrup that’s helping me just fine! Karma...
Read moreEvery time this week I tried going thru the drive thru the car in front of me wouldn’t move, so I would have to back up and just leave. Today I had to stay and wait because there was a car behind me making it impossible to get out. It took almost 20 minutes for that car to finally leave. It seemed like at 15 minutes they finally got someone to help them. When I got the window I briefly asked what took so long (I know there’s privacy laws) but I wasn’t expecting to get the persons info, just an apology and an “we’re short staffed” or something. Nope. Not at all any kind of apologies. Long blonde hair girl at the pharmacy was just super annoyingly rude. Anything I asked she gave a short smart a$$ answer with an attitude. I tried telling her that they should probably let people know it’s going to be a long wait. She said that’s why there’s signs, but there’s not one sign that says you will be waiting over 20 minutes in line. They could at least let the person taking forever to pull out and come back through again so others can leave or just get their stuff in less than a minute and be on their way. I will start using Rite Aid from now on because this pharmacy has gone down hill in the...
