Blossom Hill TV — Local services in San Jose

At some point, you take a stand against the disposable economy. My almost new Sony took a dive shortly after mfr warranty expired last week. I couldn't really afford to replace it, in fact had just finished paying it off (of course). A quick search for repair facilities demonstrated that we don't really have interest in fixing things any more...but then there was Blossom Hill Television.

Over the phone, Tony was able to accurately diagnose the problem with my television (apparently a common problem with this model...sounds like Planned Obsolescence in action here), gave me an estimate, and arranged to come and pick the TV up last Thursday. He let me know it would probably be next Thursday before its return.

Flash forward to Monday, and Tony lets me know that it's all done and fixed and he can drop it back by tomorrow. 3 days early, and $115 under budget.

Rarely have I had such a positive customer experience, but I just have to crow from the peaks about the quality of Tony and his team. Don't...

I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Blossom Hill TV. I spoke with the owner, Tony, last week to get an estimate on how much it would be to repair a TV I have had for at least 10 years that I was told needed a new sensor. I had received some outrageous quotes from several other vendors previously, but I thought I would give it one more try since Blossom Hill TV had received some great reviews on Yelp. Well deserved!

Including a nominal charge to pick up and deliver my TV, I could not have gotten a better deal. I had the privilege of meeting Tony in person when I paid him. He is such a sweet, honest man. My TV is working like new and it is wonderful to know that small businesses like his are still able to be successful. Tony takes pride in his work and seemed to really care that I was satisfied with the job. How refreshing it is to feel like a person and not like a number. I hope Blossom Hill TV continues to thrive for another 50...

My Pioneer plasma TV recently had an oversaturated/yellow picture and was in need of repair, so I started researching TV repair shops online. I purchased a main board directly from him, and he walked me through the installation process with ease.
