"Im locking the doors now, Security says they need to be locked. Come back tomorrow." To which i replied "Ive been here waiting for 15 minutes I didnt just drive here for nothing." To which he said "Yeah, so I'm locking the doors. I have things to do. 'bye." Keep in mind they close at 6:00pm, and this happened at 5:59pm after spending 15 minutes calling customer service back for the 3rd time today regarding a free replacemnt sim card.
The lesson here is, why pay him to do a job he onviously can't do? At no point was a phone number even requested. Just a "No we don't give away sim cards (chuckling) they're $10 bucks, that's how much they cost." Which was incorrect, upon verification of the notes on the account, i requested the sim card be given to me and id place it in the device at home after it had been wiped and reset. His response "We need the imei and to activate it, im not giving you a sim card."

Service here used to be amazing 6 month ago , now it seems to be under new management or ownership. And definitely that was a really bad move service now is the worst Iâve ever experienced. Employees here are completely clueless of what theyâre doing they have no idea of the basics of their job. I went here back on December try to get an iPhone 16 under financing, the guy at the store ask for my information and fill out an application for a loan rebought affirm, he then told me the loan was approved but five minutes later he said the loan got denied and he said there wasnât anything he could do to fix it so went home with no phone. A mont later I got an email from affirm charging me for an open loan from metro pcs at Doheny. I went to the store to try to resolved this issue on Wednesday January 29th, and the person in charge had me waiting for over an hour sitting on a chair while I was completely ignore and at the end he denied any help and didnât even want to look into the issue. Of course I had to report the actions perform by this business as fraud. And even fill out a report trough the better...
