San Juan County Fairgrounds — Local services in San Juan Island

I liked clean RV campsite. Toilet and shower room are clean. I appreciate camp care taker. The reason of 2 stars were it was very noisy at night. I think local ppl rent the facility at fairground and they put on very loud music until 11:45pm. Finally every one at the party by all 9-10 cars just before midnight. At my 2nd night, other local people rent the fairground. Again, they were using loud music until 11pm. I was very surprised that this fairground has no "common rule" to be quiet after 10pm. These 2 nights experiences made me think I will NEVER come back here to...

They try so hard for little areas they have and they do a great job I do wish County Fair was back like it used to be back in the day it's so small and overpriced and and down to like for rides maybe six with the baby rides but they do wrestling in the same area that they do the roller skate which Lance is the coach of that and that is wonderful wonderful best thing ever going to start with that appreciate all your efforts super cheap place to rent for birthdays the inside of the...

Pros: The fairgrounds are pretty well laid out. Their new solar powered lamp posts are a nice touch. Multiple entrances/exits. Skatepark and playground. Cons: The county fair itself gets smaller (less venders, less food stands) each year but the price gets higher. Not enough restrooms (nor clearly marked). Never enough events or interesting musical acts. But they are making improvements to the property so hopefully it'll be a nicer experience...
