Multipiso Covadonga — Local services in San Juan

Everyday there was an issue as to why we couldn't get a ticket or park here. The women helped us kindly each time the machine wouldn't produce a ticket even before the set closing time. But the last night we tried to park here people were coming and going and when we asked the young man with the dreads or braids in his hair how could we park since the machine was again not working at 8pm he very rudely yelled at us that they were closed three times even when we tried to ask a new question. This is where tourists go to pay their parking tickets. I meet another one here with the same ticket for parking in a residential spot without a windshield sticker. It's $250 USD !
