Estacionamiento Paseo Portuario San Juan — Local services in San Juan

Our experience was awful. Be careful when parking here. You park. Then when you leave you can not just exit with your ticket and pay. You have to park again and walk back in the lobby to pay. This is a horrible system or should I say lack there of. If you have questions don’t bother calling since the employees didn’t answer the phone since they are too busy chewing gum and carrying a conversation. The button when pressed to ask questions didn’t work. The guy (when he finally arrived) didn’t do much but stand by the exit. Maybe he should move back and guide people and explain… actually work.

While there is much to love about my visit to PR, the people that run this garage are incompetent (I’d say worse, but being polite). They haven’t figured out a system to actually charge people. Their machines are broken, so they employee 1 person to run a cash register in the lobby. So as you approach the exit, you have to park you car (again), go down to the lobby, and the. Wait on a long line where someone will operate the cash register so you can pay. You are charged for your time on the line as well. They make no apologies and bask in their decrepit incompetence. If everyone could please leave one star reviews, that would really help knock this establishment down to where it belongs,...

Parked here because spacing is slightly better than Doña Fela next door. Terrible experience. 1) Exit accepts no credit card, so you have to go back down the lobby to pay. 2) Lobby cashier takes forever because of the line. 3) Paid ticket doesn't work (this has never happened to me before) at exit. 4) Attendant who saw me go down the lobby offers no help until I see by his shirt he works for the garage (I had previously thought he worked for Hertz, which has spots there), at which point he thinks I've tried to stay past the allowed 15 minutes...
