Caribe Adventures Puerto Rico — Attraction in San Juan

Probably the best excursion I’ve done in a long time. Right from the start our guide Abel got us ready with our life jackets, helmets and rivers tubes. He even gave water out to those who didn’t have any. From there we went down the main path where he explained the history of the area, the plants and what the river system was about. I came solo so I didn’t know what to expect. The guide took us down some of the funnest river systems I’ve ever been in. We jumped from multiple cliffs and we went into some dark caves with bats and even got to enjoy some down time in natural caves and mini jacuzzi’s.Being from Puerto Rico myself I was glad to enjoy something new and fun. As we scrolled through leisure activities on various apps such as trip advisor and such many things caught our attention, while vacationing in Arecibo we booked / visited quite a few- Cueva Ventana, Cueva del Indio, scuba diving, snorkeling and more- . Nearing the end of our trip we decided to ask our host (a local) what other activities he recommended and sure enough this adventure came up- despite having been only two of us this was truly a breathtaking, unforgettable and exhilarating experience. If you visit Arecibo- make sure to book the full adventure. Caribe Adventures Jurassic tour was very cool. We went to several beautiful areas on the river, traversed through caves on tubes and jumped off some platforms into the water. Our guide Abel was very friendly, informative and helpful throughout the tour. If you've never been to an area like this, I highly recommend this tour. There are definitely some potential hazards so having a professional with a plan and the right gear available makes the trip exceptionally more enjoyable. This area could be hard to traverse for the average tourist but it's only moderately difficult and even easy with The staff at Caribe Adventures.
