Terra Porto — Local services in San Juan

Comfortable rental. Very clean. The air conditioning works beautifully and it makes the apartment so comfortable you don’t want to leave to go into the humidity. Lol. There are food shops and coffee shops within walking distance. We got here at night so it was a little confusing to find but after circling the area a few times we found it. We didn’t know how to get inside and luckily someone was coming out and we saw that the key pad access was on the interior of the gate. Very easy to gain access once you know where the keypad is. The apartment is pristine, very nice decor, and very comfortable. Very modern design and elegant in my opinion. The bed was so comfortable which is not always the case when you are traveling. I have a bad back so not all mattresses work for me but this one was great. I slept so good and I don’t normally sleep well when I travel. I would recommend this place. Very quiet. They have a shared patio that is beautiful. I had my morning coffee out there. I have included pictures of the front entrance showing the keypad and the shared patio. Had a great experience during my stay here. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen, comfortable sofa bed, nice room, the A/C works great. The entrance is very safe with 2 security gates and the location is great, very close to El Viejo San Juan and surrounded by nice areas with good restaurants.

Terrible primero no podíamos entrar para el apartamento las calles estaban serradas por una actividad en el muelle. Tuvimos acceso a la 5:00 de la tarde. Segundo. El wifi nuca funcionó aun con su pasword o contraseña q nos dieron. Tercero. Tiene solo una cama si vas con cuatro personas prepárate para dormir mejor en el piso. Tienen un sofá cama pero no sirve muy duro y desnivelado no vas a poder descansar. cuarto. El baño tiene división solo parcial y se moja el piso cuando te bañas. Quinto.
