During my stay in San Juan, I was very excited to try KFC chicken from the Island. However instead of getting served chicken I was served a full plate of discrimination. I rode an electric scooter to the location. When I arrive inside the dining area. I wait for about a minute until anyone even noticed me. When someone finally did a short women with a grey shirt tells me the inside is closed and that I have to go to drive thru. I ask “why” if the inside is clearly open but she just says “inside closed”. For context, it’s 6pm on Tuesday, the door is open and the open sign is lit. I ask if she can just take my order from the drive through computer, take my payment since it doesn’t make since to walk through a drive through with no car and no line. She says no and I have to go through drive through. I follow orders and head to the drive through window where I am still a not served for over a minute . While I’m waiting to get helped outside standing by the drive through window the same woman that told me to order outside happily opened the door for an elderly white couple. I asked if I get to come inside too and she replied “no just them” I ask why and she responded “because”. Looking inside I see the black shirt shift manager laughing at me through the window laying over the counter on her phone instead of helping me. That upset me enough to leave the store and write this review. All I wanted for a KFC experience in San Juan but instead I got a racist experience. I hate to view it this way but what else could it be when I am denied entry but a white couple gets welcomed and I see it with my own eyes. The worst part of the rudeness of the crew and the lack of help. It’s as if they meant to give me a bad experience. The only person who apologized was the man who later came to take my order at the window. His English was very broken but he did apology for her actions. I’m also writing this on google so that other tourists can stay away from this location to avoid being...

Read moreI would never hold high expectations for KFC to taste good but this is one of the worst experiences I've had in about fifteen different countries I've tried KFC at, please consider another locatio and do not eat at this KFC. My sandwhich was dry, tasted like rubber and had the texture of chewing a tennis shoe. The fries had sat out untill they were stale, the chicken I literally couldn't break it apart with my teeth. I would have needed a sharp knife to cut into the chicken sandwich. Overall, I donated $5 to cancer research. Don't eat here, please. That's not right, the regular chicken was ok on par with standard expectations, but were out of spicy and extra crispy, the other items way off.. That's...
