I made an online order to pick up curbside and when I got there I couldnât remember the name thatâs on my michaels online account. The associate who was on the line kept getting annoyed when I tried to explain which name I thought it was under and kept putting me on hold as I was speaking!!!! Then when she got back on the line she says very rudely , â you made an order youâre here to pick up and you donât even know the name itâs underâ. I said again the name it should be under and she again placed me on hold in the middle of the convo. She comes back saying she doesnât have an order for that name and I simply asked if she could just look it up by order number instead and she gets all annoyed and takes down the number then says hang on and slaps me back on hold. I get it can be frustrating however, donât treat the customer so resell. I looked up my order via email and it is in fact under the name I had given her!!!! I know todays day and age people are just rude but when you have a customer service job try being respectful!!!! I officially wonât come back to this location as this is the second time their employees were disrespectful in two separate visits!

   Read moreWith so many self pay stations in place of humans at a register, there is only one person at the desk to take your cash if thatâs what youâre using. Today I let three people go in front of me so they could use the self-serve, with credit cards, since I had cash and I was waiting for the attendant. The cashier seemed to have more important things to do, including chatting with a friend/customer while I waited and waited. The customer noticed me but carried on and the attendant saw me, too (I am pretty sure). But their conversation just went on and on. I finally put my four items on the counter and walked out the door. As I left, Cashier said âthanks, have a great day.â So she was clueless? That's even worse. Michael's lost a sale today. It's frustrating to me when I can't deal with humans, number one, and even more so when they are not multi-tasking when the time is right. I'd have been happy if she rang me up and continued her...

The beading selection is nice, decent collection of yarn, wood burning supplies, paints, pencils and the like. So many scrapbooking things. Sewing supplies are okay, however, if you're specifically looking for fabric there isn't really a selection here.
