Spirit Halloween — Local services in San Luis Obispo

Nobody does Halloween like Spirit Halloween Store does!!! It is fun just to go there and experience their take on Halloween... If you have never been there before. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STOPPING BY!!! THE PLACE WILL BLOW YOU AWAY! IF YOU NEED A LAST MINUTE COSTUME FOR YOU OR YOUR CHILDREN OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT IS HALLOWEEN RELATED. NO NEED TO PANIC... TODAY IS NOW HALLOWEEN OCT. 31st. WE WERE BACK AT THE STORE LAST NIGHT FOR MORE COSTUMES, ACCESSORIES AND DECOR. THEY STILL HAVE PLENTY OF EVERYTHING! SO STOP BY AND GET WHATEVER YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED FOR HALLOWEEN. THERE IS STILL ENOUGH TIME. THEY WILL BE OPEN...

First, not a very kid friendly place. It’s pure chaos with lots of scary machines making horribly annoying sounds. The second we walked in my four and two-year-olds were attached to my legs. I’m not an overly sensitive guy, but there are graphic images all over the place, even in the kids section.

Second, everything is insanely low quality material. For the quality you get, everything in there should be half the price.

I take pride in the businesses I support with my money, and this is a business I’m not proud to support.

Overall really great selection and they were stocked even days before Halloween, but the staff was very rude this year. No fitting rooms & no returns/exchanges. Workers were also walking around harassing anyone trying anything on. You couldn’t even take a wig out of the packaging to look at it.
