I think everyone should really watch out! You’ll be bullied by the manager for your freedom of speech once they find out if you wrote a review!!!!! I was hung up on and treated terrible (by the manager) after my post was referenced !!! Oh and they will talk about you situation to people how are not you! Very unprofessional!!! I would do NO star if possible....So Arron’s is a rip off to people who feel they have no other options! They make things easy so people forget how much they are really over paying for these items! You end up paying triple what it is worth and yet they say fair customer care???? More like how far can I stick it up your * care! Excuse my language but these people smile to your face then nickel and dime you with late fees! They will call you back to back like hound dogs when you are one day past due!!! Do yourself a favor don’t be blinded and over pay! Love your wallet and know that you have better options out there!
Also, Please spare me “Phil “ (or any other damage control person who will “for reputation “ reply to this review) —your attempt to look like a good owner and psycho babble a message of “if there is anything I can do “ BS! They just want it to look like they care on internet because ratings reach people! Read moreDo yourself a favor and bypass this place. Their staff at the San Marcos location is BEYOND rude, and they seem to not understand that rent and food are important items you need to survive. Also, don't schedule yourself for weekly or bi-weekly payments, cause good lawd! When I tell you that they blow your phone up and bang on your door like they're the law before you're even considered a month late, I mean it! They're relentless, all for some cheap ass furniture that they overcharge you for. Also, don't try to collect on your warranty. My couch ripped, I explained it to the manager, and they began demandin' a bunch of pictures and an effin' essay in an email on why I wanted to use my warranty. Like, tf? I have a job and go to school. I don't have time to craft a damn essay on why I need my couch fixed...? Like, if it was made of better quality material, then I wouldn't need it fixed? Like I mentioned, please save yourself the headache and skip Aaron's. They ain't worth it. At ALL. Read moreI would like to say the Aaron's location in San Marcos has been a great help in time of need never did that ever threaten pick up any of my appliances during the epidemic my refrigerator broke once and I was never without one I own a stove,fridge ,washer dryer, and TV from Aaron's all Samsung when I got every Appliance it was brand new I've never had a problem with it(refrigerator being my own fault) I would like to just thank everyone at Aaron's for working with me whenever I had trouble making payments now I'm nearing paying off all my appliances within these next couple of months and I would just like to say thanks to all you guys Derek matt brad and the rest of the crew always on time always work with me never had a problem great customer service...
