Whoever gave power hungry Christine reign over the store was truly fooled by her. If your numbers are down and you have pissed off customers you are responsible bc she is miserable and it shows. This must be her first time having “power” because she is more concerned with having her way then helping customers. Multiple times I’ve gone in there and she is consistent with her nasty attitude towards customers. The fact that she doesn’t let me return my items after 30 days where I have done this for years and get store credit. She sticks her heels in the ground and brings over the return policy which literally states that I would just get store credit. She is adamant that she will not return and gives me the number to call. I have spent thousands of dollars at your stores all three brands and never get treated as awfully as I do when I interact with this heartless human. Do better and help your customers. After all, that’s the only reason you guys are standing and I hope people go to elsewhere to shop so they go out of business. You’re nasty Christine and the world should know it. Thank you for your time. I’ll never go in there again. I’d rather drive 80 miles to a different company than have a terrible experience shopping again. San Marcos - Rude staff on the floor, even for a busy Saturday, they are overwhelmed and dirty, below acceptable standard. As soon as you enter the store, there's merchandise crammed into the entry, making it difficult to even get through the aisles when it's busy. “Management”? was rude. Merchandise and prices are competitive although some merchandise is beat up from handling in some cases. If you can get there on a day they’re not overwhelmed, might be worth it but I would never buy there now, nor recommend anyone to shop there. “0” stars, rude employees, terrible service but a couple stars if they have what you want, it might be worth it if not for the rude employee(s). Shopped 'til I dropped at the Grand Opening this morning. The staff was incredible - so friendly, and extremely helpful. Inventory is amazing - I did some damage today 🤣 Special shout out to Susie who was so sweet and accommodating. She carefully hand wrapped my delicate items, with a smile and friendly conversation, and I had three carts full of stuff!!! I definitely recommend this store - I can't wait...
