6/5/25 UPDATE: After getting an attorney involved, we were able to get our original diamond back today from Royal Jewelers. They blame the repair center they use for the "mistake". I took the diamond to get it looked at and tested next door at Zales and it is our original diamond. Zales is now doing our repair the correct way, by replacing the entire crown that holds the diamond, for $125 less than what Royal Jewelers charged us for the repair that only lasted 14 hours. Zales also took multiple photos of the diamond and gave a full description of the ring and diamond when they took it from us and emailed us a copy of everything. They take additional photos when we pick the ring up to compare to the intake photos. This is how business should be done in the jewelry business!

Original Review: THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL SCAM! THEY STOLE A $2000 DIAMOND FROM US! We took my wife’s diamond ring into Royal Jewelers to have it repaired. The diamond needed to be reset into the setting. Within 14 hours of getting the ring back, the diamond had fallen out again. Luckily, we were able to find the diamond, but when I took it to two different reputable jewelry stores they both told me that the diamond I had gotten back was a CZ, not a diamond. The store gave me a refund for the repair cost, but they are not owning up to stealing my diamond, they just figured we would never find out except they did such a bad job on the repair we had to get it looked at by other jeweler shops. update they have deleted my review so here it goes again** I never write reviews unless it truly bothers me, so here it go. I was excited to get my first grillz , but as soon as I arrived to ask for a quote I was just told a price. The guy who attended me just dropped the price he didnt mention what kind of diamonds my piece would have or anything. I asked for a 4 piece grill. Anyways , I paid for the grill in hopes to really get what I wanted. A week later goes by and I pick up my piece, and I was told that I had to pay 150$ more because of the silver caps that was added in, (apparently they needed to be added in because of “support” ) I never asked for the end caps, nor I was asked while they were getting made. They wanted to get 150$ out of me so bad, I said nope I’m not paying for that since I did not agree to it. They were holding onto my piece so I would cough up the money. If that was the case they should get on the employee who forgot to add that comment while we was doing the deal. They wanted me to pay as if it was my fault. What an inconvenience!! now my other thing is the piece looks like it was rushed. The hearts are crooked, the squares look crooked and the silver looks CHEAP. 850$ for nothing , I should have lowball if I knew it was going to look cheap. On January 14, 2025, I came to have links removed from my brand-new watch, which had been removed from its box at the store and handed directly to an individual identifying himself as the manager. I inquired about what to do with the box, and the manager advised me to leave it there while he worked on the watch, estimating it would take approximately 20 minutes.

Upon returning to collect the watch after the specified time, I was distraught to find numerous scratches on the face and surrounding areas of the watch. I immediately brought this to the manager’s attention, but he denied responsibility, claiming it was impossible for him to have caused the damage as he held the watch in his hand while working on it. Notably, I observed that the manager was wearing multiple rings, which could have easily caused the scratches.

Rather than acknowledging the issue and offering to resolve it, the manager made dismissive comments, suggesting that my decision to leave the watch box—something he had instructed me to do—implied I did not care about the watch. This was an unfounded and unprofessional response, especially considering the significant disparity in value between the $5 box and the $1,800 brand-new watch.

Despite my efforts to reach a resolution, the manager was unwilling to admit any fault or take responsibility for the damage caused. His demeanor was entirely unprofessional, and his carelessness has left me with a damaged watch. Do not use...
